Ophiopogon eauleseens

Description

Leaves numerous, linear to linear-oblanceolate, often slightly arcuate, subacute or narrowly obtuse, often with a prominent midrib, glaucous (waxy), or with glaucous stripes, on the lower surface, (15-)25-55(-65) cm by 3-10(-22) mm. Flowers 3-12, ± secund. Ovary inferior or semi- inferior; Seeds up to 6, glossy blue, globose or slightly ovoid or ellipsoid, 4-8 mm long.

Asia-Tropical: Borneo (Sabah present); Jawa (Jawa present); Malaya (Peninsular Malaysia present); Sumatera (Sumatera present), Continental SE. Asia present, Jolo present, Kinabalu area present, Langkawi present, S. Philippines present, Sulu Is present, West Malesia present
Continental SE. Asia and West Malesia: Malay Peninsula (also Langkawi), Sumatra, all over Java, Sabah (Kinabalu area), S. Philippines (Sulu Is.: Jolo).

Notes

If it is shown that O. intermedius is synonymous with O. caulescens, it will become the correct name.
