Description

Trees up to 27 m high, dbh up to 1 m, rarely a shrub; Leaves 1-4-jugate or exceptionally reduced to 1 pseudoterminal leaflet, axial parts thin-hairy, mostly early glabrescent; Sepals up to ⅓ connate, 2-3 by 1.5-2.5 mm, inside tomentose. Petals 0(-4), spathulate, long-clawed, up to 1.2 by 0.3 mm, partly thin-woolly at both sides, sometimes sparsely glandular-ciliolate. Stamens: Fruits:

Asia-Tropical: Borneo present; Jawa (Jawa present); Malaya (Peninsular Malaysia present); Philippines (Philippines present); Sumatera (Sumatera present), Kwangsi present, SE China present
Indochina, SE China (Kwangsi), and Malesia: Sumatra, Malay Peninsula, Java, Borneo and Philippines.
