Diagnosis

- Similar to Chenopodium botrys (23) and to Chenopodium carinatum , Chenopodium cristatum and Chenopodium melanocarpum (rare casuals) but tepals narrow, not contiguous, glandular at margin and with several hairs on the rounded back especially near the obtuse apex, in fruit hard, white. - [2n=18]
