Taxonomy
Paullinia cururu L., was reported for Suriname by Radlkofer as being collected by Pleé (79). However, there is no indication that Pleé ever collected in Suriname, the referred collection may have come from the Lesser Antilles, where Pleé collected and where this species is known to occur.
