Description

Tree. Branchlets 3-5 mm thick, brown-(sub)hirsute. Stipules 0.5-1 cm long, brown- to yellowish-subsericeous to -hirsute, caducous; petiole 0.5-1.5 cm long; blade coriaceous, narrowly elliptic to narrowly obovate, 6-16 x 2.5-5.5 cm, apex acuminate, base obtuse to acute, margin entire, glabrous above, on the primary vein brown- to yellowish-subsericeous to -subhirsute beneath; secondary veins 10-16 pairs. Figs in pairs in the leaf axils, subglobose, 0.5-1 cm in diam., (almost) glabrous, wrinkled when dry; peduncle up to 0.2 mm long; basal bracts 2, ca. 2 mm long; ostiole ca. 1 mm in diam., plane.
