Inflorescence terminal, paniculate; peduncle 5 cm long, densely velvety pubescent, green; spikes 4-8 cm long, green, densely flowered; floral bracts rounded, glabrous, glandular. Fruits basely attached, cylindrical, slightly verrucose, apex truncate with central stigma.
