Description

Climber. Branchlets terete or weakly angled, sparsely lenticellate or not, sparsely and minutely puberulent. Leaves in whorls of 3-5; Inflorescence axillary or terminal, a simple unbranched pleiochasium, delicate, sparsely to densely puberulent, 1.2-1.7 cm long; Sepals ovate, 0.7-1.4 by 0.5 mm, 1.4-2.8 times as long as wide, apex acute, ciliate, sparsely puberulent all over or only on centre line. Stamens inserted at c. 2.2 mm from corolla base which is 0.63 of tube length; Ovaries c. 0.6 mm high, densely pubescent all over; Fruit stalks c. 2.8 mm long, with 1 article, sparsely puberulent all over, articles with thin flesh, 9-11.5 by 5.1-7.8 mm, ellipsoid, symmetrical, apex rounded, obtuse or apiculate. Seeds elliptic, c. 7.6 by 5 by 4.4 mm.
