Description

Large woody climber to 30 m. Leaves: Inflorescence axillary; Sepals ovate, very thick, 1.5-2 mm long, lobes 1-2 by 1.5-2 mm, 0.7-1 times as long as wide, apex rounded, glabrous or weakly puberulent, weakly ciliate. Stamens inserted at c. 2.1 mm from corolla base which is 0.42 of tube length; Ovary c. 0.7 mm; Fruit ovoid, 8-10 by 6-7 cm. Seeds c. 5.5 by 4 cm.

Asia-Tropical: Borneo present; Sumatera (Sumatera present)
Malesia: Sumatra, Borneo.
