Bali: Perapatagung), Philippines (Luzon: Ilocos Norte Prov., RAMOS 7672, type coll. of C. ramosii; Coron I.), New Guinea (W. New Guinea: Kebar Valley; Papua: Hisiu, Port Moresby).
