Leaves shorter than to as long as the stems. flat, rather rigid, gradually narrowed to the rather abruptly acuminate tip, serrulate-scabrous on the margins in the upper part, 2-4 mm wide; Inflorescence compound to supradecompound, loose, with many spikelets, 5-15 cm across.
