Melodinus fusiformis

Description

Branchlets glabrous to densely pubescent. Leaves opposite; Inflorescence terminal, 4-5 cm long; Sepals ovate, 2-4.2 by 1.3-2.4 mm, 1.3-1.9 times as long as wide, apex obtuse to acute, glabrous to densely pubescent, ciliate. Stamens inserted at 0.2-0.3 of corolla tube length from base; Ovary 1.4-1.5 mm high; Fruit fusiform to subglobose, 4-10 by 2.5-5 cm.
