Trigonotis vestita

Description

Small, erect or ascendent herb. Leaves close to each other, lanceolate, base widening into a sheathlike part, 1-2.2 by 0.15-0.3 cm, often curved downwards, acute, truncate and thickened at the very apex, one-nerved, subappressed strigose along margins only with longer hairs towards the base. Stamens c. 1 mm long, anthers 0.5 mm.

Asia-Tropical: New Guinea present
Malesia: New Guinea. Known only from the type locality.
