Description
Tree up to 15 m, hemi-epiphytic (?) or terrestrial (?).
internal hairs absent or present (few).
Leaves spirally arranged;
stipules 1.5-2.5 cm long, sparsely and minutely white puberulous, drying blackish, caducous, often involute when dry.
Ovary partly red.
Distribution
Asia-Tropical: New Guinea present; Sulawesi (Sulawesi present)
New Guinea (and Celebes?).
