Solomon Is. (San Cristobal, Guadalca-nal), New Hebrides (Vanuata); in Malesia: New Guinea (incl. Misool) and Moluccas (Ceram, Tenimber Is.: Jamdena).

Notes

The appearance of the lower leaf surface may vary from indistinct, fine reticulation to coarse reticulate venation but this seems to be due to age ().
