Description

Branchlets glabrous, rarely with the occasional minute hair. Leaves opposite; Inflorescence of robust axillary cymes, 1.9-4.6 cm long; Sepals ovate, connate at base, 1.1-1.8 by 0.8-1.2 mm, 1.2-1.6 times as long as wide, apex acuminate to obtuse, sparsely puberulent. Stamens inserted at 0.7-0.9 mm from corolla base which is c. 0.3 of tube length; Ovary 0.9-1.1 mm long; Fruit unknown.

Asia-Tropical: New Guinea present
Malesia: New Guinea.
