Description
Branchlets densely brown velutinous.
Leaves opposite;
Inflorescence of axillary and, sometimes, terminal cymes, 6.8-19.5 cm long, densely velutinous;
Sepals ovate, 1.7-3.9 by 0.8-1.5 mm, 1.4-3.8 times as long as wide, apex acute to obtuse, erect to reflexed, densely velutinous.
Stamens inserted at 1.5-2.9 mm from corolla base which is 0.4-0.5 of tube length;
Ovary 0.6-0.8 mm long;
Fruit broad fusiform, densely brown pubescent;
