Description

Hairs between veins on either surface present, or not. Hairs on leaf axes 0.2-0.4 mm long.

Distribution

Asia-Tropical: New Guinea present (Irian Jaya present), Lake Habbema present, Papua New Guinea present

Malesia: New Guinea (Irian Jaya: Lake Habbema; Papua New Guinea).

Taxonomy

Some collections are intermediate with Davallodes hirsutum, especially in the shape of the indusium.
