Description

Climber. Leaves: Inflorescence of axillary and terminal panicles, 7.5-17 cm long; Sepals ovate, 1.1-1.5 times as long as wide, 0.9-1.5 by 0.8-1.1 mm, apex obtuse to rounded, very sparsely puberulent or glabrous, ciliate; Stamens inserted 1.2-1.3 mm from base, 0.3-0.4 of tube length; Ovaries 0.7-1 mm long, pubescent; Fruit (immature) fusiform, warty lenticellate, 3.7-8.9 cm by 4.5-6 mm.

Asia-Tropical: New Guinea present
Malesia: New Guinea (Papua).
