Carex teinogyna

Description

Leaves subbasal, shorter to slightly longer than the stems, flat to conduplicate, stiff, long-attenuate, asperous especially in the upper part, 2-3(-4) mm wide. Inflorescence with 3-6 fascicles of 1-3 spikelets, narrow, 10-20 cm long, upper fascicles approximate, lower more distant.

Notes

Sometimes the glumes of the flowers cup-shaped, the margins connate in front.
