    Notes

Most revised Greek records under this name belong to I. sicula, a species replacing the C Mediterranean I. gymnocarpa in Greece (Bagella & al. 2015).
This species replaces the C Mediterranean I. gymnocarpa in Greece (Bagella & al. 2015). Often misnamed as I. histrix in previous Greek floristic literature. Records of the latter from IoI are questionable and may, after revision, turn out to represent I. sicula or I. todaroana, respectively (Troia & Greuter 2015).
