Asia-Tropical: Sumatera (Sumatera present)
Malesia: Sumatra.

Notes

The species may be a stabilized hybrid derived from Dendrophthoe flosculosa and D. curvata. For distinction as a species, see Barlow (1995). Many Sumatran specimens appear to be intergrades to D. curvata, and are not resolved by the key.
