Malesia: West New Guinea (Bele R.). Known only from the type and another specimen (Brass 11327) from the same place.
Notes
Copeland stated that small deciduous setulose indusia were present; my Observation of the type is that the only hairs are on the receptacle, as in several other species of this genus.
