Diagnosis

Differs from congeners in the combination of posterior eye margin without notch but slowly separating from head margin ventrally, shiny black mesonotum, male T2-4 brown microtomentose with shiny posterolateral corners, and T5 shiny black except for microtomentose anterior margin.

Distribution

Northern America: Mexico present; South-Central U.S.A. (Texas present)
