Description

Climber. Branchlets weakly angled, sparsely lenticellate or not, glabrous or sparsely and minutely puberulent. Leaves opposite to whorls of 4; Inflorescence axillary or terminal, a simple unbranched pleiochasium or with clear internodes and unbranched side branches, delicate, glabrous to sparsely puberulent, 1.5-5.2 cm long; Sepals ovate, 1.3-2 by 0.7-1.1 mm, 1.4-2.1 times as long as wide, apex acute or acuminate, ciliate, glabrous to sparsely puberulent. Stamens inserted at 4.5-5.7 mm from corolla base which is 0.73-0.81 of tube length; Ovaries 0.7-0.9 mm high, sparsely or densely pubescent all over; Fruit green or yellow-orange, stalks 2.8-5.5 mm long, with 1 or 2 articles in each string, 1.5 mm between articles, glabrous or sparsely puberulent at ends, articles fleshy, 6.6-15 by 6.6-9.6 mm, ellipsoid, symmetrical. Seeds ovoid, 9.4-10.2 by 5-5.3 by 4.6-4.7 mm.
