Description

Young twigs, buds, stipules and petioles densely shortly pale ocherous-brown scabrid pubescent, leaf beneath and midrib above towards base sparsely so. Leaves 8-22 by 3.5-8 cm, oblong-elliptic to obovate, thickly coriaceous, subacuminate, obtuse or retuse; Stipule to 8 by 3 mm, narrowly deltoid, acute. Flowers distichous; Panicle to 3 cm long, angular, densely shortly ocherous-brown scabrid tomentose, axillary to ramiflorous, fascicled, short, and congested;

Asia-Tropical: Borneo present, Lower Kapuas present, W. Kalimantan present, W. and Central Sarawak present
Malesia: Borneo (W. and Central Sarawak; W. Kalimantan: Lower Kapuas).
