Description

Leaf undersurface shortly densely evenly persistently golden tomentose; Leaves 5-10 by 2-4 cm, broadly lanceolate, coriaceous, base obtuse or broadly cuneate; Stipule to 3 by 1 mm, linear, fugaceous. Sepals equal, narrowly lorate-deltoid, obtuse, glabrous. Petals lanceolate, glabrous. Stamens c. 30, subequal, reaching to below style apex; Panicle to 5 cm long, terminal or axillary, terete, densely shortly evenly pale rufous tomentose; Ovary ovoid, glabrous; Fruit entirely glabrous.
