Description

Shrub up to 5 m tall, with internodes distinctly different in length and leaves ± tufted at the end of branches. internal hairs sparse, minute. Leaves spirally arranged; stipules 0.6-1.2 cm long, ciliolate, very sparsely white appressed-puberulous, subpersistent.
