Description

Tree up to 23 m tall, with buttresses up to 1.5 m high, dioecious. Leaves spirally arranged; stipules 0.4-0.6 cm long, ± densely whitish to yellowish appressedly puberulous, caducous. flowers numerous; ovary c. 1.5 mm long, stigmas 1.5-2 mm long;

Asia-Tropical: New Guinea present, Kolombangara present, Manokwari present, Solomon Islands present
