Description

Sparingly branched treelet or tree up to 8 m tall. Leaves spirally arranged, ± tufted; stipules 2-5 cm long, (usually) glabrous, (sub)persistent.

Distribution

Asia-Tropical: Philippines (Philippines present), Luzon present
Malesia: Philippines (Luzon).

Taxonomy

This species shows close affinities to F. theophrastoides from the Solomon Islands.
