Description

Leaves short, narrowly elliptic, apex cuspidate, base acute-obtuse, 4-6 by 1.8-2.5 cm, coriaceous, shining on both surfaces, lateral veins 6 pairs, reticulation fine.

Notes

The species is similar to D. borneense except for having obscure leaf venation and caducous calyces on staminate flowers. The free, lanceolate, two-whorled calyx lobes are very peculiar.
