Young twig, panicle, leaf bud and petiole densely shortly evenly +- persistently cream pubescent.
Leaves 8-16 by 3-8 cm, broadly or narrowly ovate, coriaceous;
Stipule unknown.
Panicle to 11 cm long, axillary, rarely terminal, lax, angular;
