Description
Young twig, panicle, leaf bud, stipule, and petiole ± densely evenly shortly caducous fulvous pubescent.
Leaves 7.5-15 by 3-6.5 cm, coriaceous, +- elliptic;
Stipule to 5 by 1.5 mm, hastate, acute.
Panicle to 8 cm long, terminal or axillary, singly or doubly branched.
