Description

Shrub or small tree up to 3 m high. Leaves simple (not unifoliolate), subcoriaceous, obovate to oblanceolate, or elliptic, 3¾-16 by 2-6½ cm, entire, glabrous, rarely sparsely puberulous on both surfaces; Inflorescences axillary, paniculate, up to 14 cm long, puberulous, glabrescent, branches up to 4 cm; Petals elliptic, 2-2¾ by 1-1½ mm, glabrous. Stamens c. 1½ mm; Ovary ovoid, c. 1 mm Ø, glabrous;
