    Daphne kozaninii is a new species for the Greek flora with a natural distribution in the mountains of NE (Pangeon, Falakron, Menikion, Belles), extending to similar habitats in S Bulgaria. Halda’s D. sojakii from Mt Vermio (NC) is most probably conspecific.
