Description
Annual 1-2 m long climber, leafy stem c. 1 mm diam., sparsely fine-hairy, glabrescent.
Leaves:
Fruit 1 (or 2), ellipsoid, 1.5-2 by 1-1.5 cm, base rounded, apex narrowly rounded;
Seeds numerous, elliptic, c. 3 by 1.5-2 mm, margin faint.

Asia-Tropical: Philippines (Philippines present), Bohol present, Mindanao present, Sulu Archipelago present

Taxonomy
Except for the deeply lobed leaves and rather large fruits, this species comes close to the widespread N. indica of which it is possibly only a regional form.
