Description

Small to large tree, 30-50 m high. Leaf-blade 9-20 by 2.8-7.5 cm; Inflorescences shorter than the leaves; Sepals densely brownish patently shortly hairy at both sides; Petals yellow, when dry yellowish, the longest one 11 mm; Stamens: Ovary containing 16 ovules. Fruit globular, c. 2 cm diam., light brownish, dull, finely tuberculate;

Distribution

Asia-Tropical: Malaya (Peninsular Malaysia present), Kelantan present, Pahang present, Perak present
Malesia: Malay Peninsula (Perak, Kelantan, Pahang).
