Description

Erect, aromatic herb. Leaves membranaceous, ovate or spathu-late-obovate, 5-9 by 4-6.5 cm, acute or rounded, base acute or acuminate, entire; Flowers 20-30 in a verticillaster, arranged in spurious spikes and disposed in a large terminal panicle 25-30 cm long.

Asia-Tropical, East Java present, Mts Ardjuno, Tengger, Idjen present
Malesia: East Java (Mts Ardjuno, Tengger, Idjen), 3 collections.

Notes

Manifestly different from other Malesian species by the very long corolla (10-12 mm) and the gibbous corolla tube.
