Ficus bruneiensis

Description

Tree up to 13 m tall. internal hairs abundant, yellowish. Leaves spirally arranged; stipules 2-6 cm long, finely white sericeous on the keel and also with longer stiff brown hairs, caducous.

Distribution

Asia-Tropical: Borneo present
Borneo.

Taxonomy

Similarities in the indumentum of the lower surface of the lamina and the stipules, indicate this species is related to F. brunneoaurata and F. eumorpha.
