    Infraspecific allocation of Greek populations uncertain so far. The material seen resemble material from N Italy to Albania called subsp. varius, but differ in non-ciliate calyx-lobes. Shape of root-tubers, variable between subspecies, would be helpful for determination (P. Lassen, pers. comm.).
