Distribution
Only known from the type and A. G. Piggott 1093, 1094, from the neighbouring moun- tain, G. Ulu Kali, at 1500-1800 m.
Notes
This species differs from E. malayense Holttum, the common species on the Main Range in Malaya, in thinner paler scales, less decurrent base of sterile frond and longer stipe of fertile fronds.
