Malesia: E. Borneo. Only known from type collection.
Notes
This species has sterile fronds closely similar to those of E. melanostictum in shape, but differs in scales on rhizome and fronds and in the very long stipe of fertile frond. Endert collected E. melanostictum on the same mountain at 1600 m.
