Description

Low shrub to medium-sized tree. Leaves glabrous, acuminate to caudate with attenuate base and glandular dentate margin, ± elliptic, 2-10 by ¾-4½ cm; Stamens 25-40. Ovary glabrous to shortly sparsely appressedly hairy, 1-2 mm high; Fruit ovoid to ampulliform, 6-10 by 3-6 mm; Seed curved, embryo once or twice curved.
