Description

Tree, 20-30 m, 25-50 cm ø; Branchlets initially densely stiff-pubescent, late glabrescent, greyish brown, densely warty lenticellate; Leaves elliptic-lanceolate, coriaceous, 4-11 by 2-4 cm, above glossy, glabrous, underneath pale glaucous, glabrous except on the midrib, entire; Stipules linear-acute, 2-3 by ½-I mm.

Distribution

Asia-Tropical: Borneo present (Brunei present, Kalimantan present, Sarawak present), Central Kutei near Long Bleh present
Malesia: Borneo (Sarawak; Brunei; in Kalimantan: Central Kutei near Long Bleh).

Notes

The female rachis is still unknown.
