Artocarpus glaucus

Description

Tree up to 40 m tall, sometimes with buttresses, evergreen. Leaves distichous; stipules lateral, 0.3-0.5 cm long, brownish appressedly puberulous, caducous. stamen c. 0.8 mm long, anther c. 0.2 mm long; fruits ellipsoid, c. 1 cm long.

Asia-Tropical: Borneo present; Jawa (Jawa present); Lesser Sunda Is. present; Malaya (Peninsular Malaysia present); Maluku (Maluku present); Sumatera (Sumatera present), Australasia, Flores present, Roma present, Sumba present, Tanimbar Islands present
Australia (Northern Territory); in Malesia: Sumatra, Malay Peninsula, Borneo, Java, Lesser Sunda Islands (Flores, Sumba, Roma), Moluccas (Tanimbar Islands).

Morphology
