Description

Tree up to 29 m high and 50 cm Ø. Bark green-ish grey, weakly fissured. Leaves spaced, spiral, coriaceous, obovate to oblanceolate, (26-)40-52 (-100) by 12 ½ -17(-24)cm, glabrous on both surfaces; Petals imbricate, broad-elliptic or elliptic, c. 2 by 1-1½ mm on ♂, ovate, 2¼ by 1¼ mm in ♀, with c. ¾ longitudinal veins, glabrous. Stamens c. 1¼ mm; Panicles terminal, or cauli-florous (?), up to 52(-78) cm long, pubescent, glabrescent, or glabrous; Ovary dome-shaped, c. ¾ mm Ø, pubescent;
