Tectaria curtisii var. hendersonii

Primary tabs

Tectaria curtisii var. hendersonii

Distribution

Asia-Tropical: Malaya (Peninsular Malaysia present)
Malesia: Malay Peninsula (besides the type collection, one young plant from Sungei Keteh, Kelantan, probably belongs to this variety; it has hairs between veins on the lower surface, as in var. curtisii).

Morphology

These specimens are comparable in size and shape of pinnae with some specimens of T. coadunata from NE India, but the latter differ in the presence of veinlets in costal areoles and in the almost glabrous upper surface.
