Description

Tree up to 10 m tall, much branched. internal hairs absent or sparse. Leaves spirally arranged; stipules semi-amplexicaul, (1-)1.5-4.5 cm long, densely white appressed- puberulous, usually to brown strigose, mainly on the midrib, (sub)persistent.

Distribution

Eastern present
New Guinea (eastern).
