Tectaria
Description
Fougères terrestres. Rhizome rampant ou dressé, portant des écailles entières. Pétiole écailleux, souvent noir brillant. Limbe rarement simple, le plus souvent penné ou pluripenné, à penne basale développée basiscopiquement . Pennes ou segments non aristés, rarement hirsutes sauf sur les axes qui portent, à la face supérieure, des poils courts, articulés. Nervures libres, ou, le plus souvent, anastomosées, formant des aréoles à nervilles incluses . Costae surélevés à la face supérieure. Sores arrondis, terminaux sur une nervure libre, ou à la rencontre de 2 nervilles anastomosantes, indusie présente ou caduque.A
