Xanthophyllum ceraceifolium

Description

Small tree, up to 15 m, 16 cm dbh. Leaf-blade 22-42 by 7-15.5 cm; Inflorescences much shorter than the leaf; Sepals: Petals yellowish, when dry dark red with large incrustations, glabrous inside, the longest one 9-10.5 mm; Stamens: Ovary nearly sessile, appressedly hairy; Fruit unknown.

Distribution

Asia-Tropical: Borneo present (Sabah present, Sarawak present), Semengoh present
Malesia: Borneo (Sarawak: Semengoh; Sabah).
