Description
Tree, up to 20 m, 20 cm dbh.
Leaf-blade 5-12 by 1.8-5.5 cm, margin undulate;
Inflorescences unbranched, 1.5—5(—8) cm long, shorter than the leaves, bearing 3 or 4(-7) flowers;
Sepals:
Petals white or yellowish, when dry light brownish, the longest one 7-10 mm;
Stamens:
Ovary patently hairy;
Fruit (immature) ovoid, dull greyish green, hairy, slightly wrinkled when dry;
